Thuc Anh graduated from Hanoi Law University and joined Venture North Law from July 2019. Since 2019, she has participated and contributed positively to many important matters of Venture North Law including transactions in different areas. She has wide knowledge about M&A and shareholder agreement in Vietnam. Her experience includes:
· Assisting a litigation case regarding a claim against an energy corporate in Vietnam
· Assisting a joint venture transaction documentation and establishment of a data center in Vietnam
· Assisting an establishment of an insurance joint venture in Vietnam
· Assisting a real estate transaction of Vinhomes in Vietnam.
· Reviewing Vietnamese legal system on investment, enterprises, service market access, labour, anti-corruption, insurance, real estate, and intellectual property rights.
· Giving advices on investment conditions, intellectual property, anti-corruption, data privacy, product origin, and labour matters.
